A California shipment transfer company out-lived their single user shipment tracking software. The software had not kept up with their current needs and could only be used by one person on a single computer inside the office.
DH Consulting met with the IT department to determine their exact needs for the new software. It was determined the best solution was a web based application that could be accessed from any computer in the office, warehouse or from their other locations.
DH Consulting put all the requirements for the new web application into easy-to-follow diagrams and presented them for review. After several revisions, the transfer company was certain the new software met all their requirements.
The web based application was written by DH Consulting on their development servers. The transfer company reviewed the software and approved the installation on their web server.
The transfer company has used the software for over a year. During that time they have asked DH Consulting to make upgrades to the application to improve their web based application. |
