Proper planning is essential to a successful software project. Cutting short on planning results in missed schedules and budgets.

Planning & Specifications

Often this part is completed before we are contacted for a software project. If that is the case, we can use your plan and specifications and move on to the next step, the quote. If you do not have a plan and specifications we can produce them for you.

First we will discuss your goals and needs by phone or in person. Then we will take the information provided and produce thorough software specifications. Next, we will give you a quote based on these specifications. This phase can take a considerable amount of time. Often a quarter to a third of the time it takes for the entire project. As a result we charge our normal consulting rate.

Quote & Schedule

We take your plans and specifications and review them in depth. Then we give you a detailed quote and schedule. We give quotes at no charge. Click here to request your quote.

Software Development / Testing

After a project is approved and scheduled, we will begin work. While we are developing your software we will keep you apprised of the progress and as we reach each milestone. At any time should you have new ideas and/or need changes to the project, let us know. We will evaluate the revisions/additions and decide how best to proceed. During and after development we thoroughly test the software to ensure you see as few problems as possible.

Warrantee, Support & Maintenance

When the software is finished we warranty the software. After the warranty passes, we can provide an ongoing support and maintenance plan. Should you need any assistance, just email us.
